REQUESTED MOTION:
To approve the revised Classification & Pay Plan as presented.
SUMMARY:
The Classification and Pay Plan has been revised to reflect the changes to the Public Safety department and Administration department. The pay grade for the Assistant County Administrator position will be upgraded from a pay grade 114 to a pay grade 115 to appropriately align with the requirements and responsibilities of the position. The Public Safety department is requesting to add a Special Project Lieutenant position to assist the department with goals and objectives by coordinating and leading special programs and scoping and implementing other special projects deemed by the Fire Chief.
