SUMMARY:
FloridaCommerce created an amendment to update the funding source for the CDBG-DR MS010 grant to change the funding from the 2023/2024 Storms to the Hurricane Ian grant funding. All other requirements, scope of work, period of agreement, and related terms remain the same.
BACKGROUND:
DeSoto County was awarded $8,000,000 for the DeSoto County Wastewater Treatment Plant Effluent Disposal project to construct two deep injection wells and two monitoring wells and pumping conveyance system allowing for regulatory compliance and ongoing environmental oversight.
