REQUESTED MOTION:
To adopt a Resolution extending the tax roll as presented.
SUMMARY:
Florida Law provides that completion of the tax roll may be extended until completion of the Value Adjustment Board hearings at the request of the Tax Collector. The DeSoto County Tax Collector has submitted this request.
BACKGROUND:
The Board has adopted similar Resolutions at the request of the Tax Collector in past years.
