BACKGROUND:

On December 15^th, 2025 Surveying and Mapping, LLC purchased Hyatt Survey Services with whom the County has been in agreement with for Surveying Services Since May of 2025.  This Amendment is simply recognizing the change and reassigning the Contract to Surveying and Mapping.  All other aspects of the original Hyatt Agreement are unchanged
