Motion to adopt a Resolution setting the FY 2026-2027 Final Millage Rates as follows:
Ad Valorem Tax 6.8352 mills
Law Enforcement Tax 2.9301 mills
EMS Tax .0 mills
All operating taxes, ad valorem and taxing units, equal an aggregate total of 9.3940 mills which is a .12% decrease over the rolled-back rate of 9.4052.
SUMMARY:
Adoption of the final millage rates for FY 2026-2027.
BACKGROUND:
The Ad Valorem taxes for FY 2026-2027 year is 6.8352 mills and the Law Enforcement is 2.9301 mills. The EMS tax remains at 0 mills having been replaced by Special Assessment. assessment.
