Motion to enter into the record this Development Review Report and all other competent substantial evidence presented at the hearing and make a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners to adopt the findings and conclusions contained herein, and
a) approve the rezoning to PUD and Concept Development Plan, with conditions; OR
b) deny the rezoning to PUD and Concept Development Plan.
SUMMARY:
The request is for approval of an Official Zoning District Atlas Amendment Application (RZNE-0086-2026) filed by Kerri J. Burns and Erin Grafton of SWCA, Inc., and Jon Brown of DCIP on behalf of the property owners, 3F Ranch LTD, to rezone +/- 237.96 acres from Agricultural-5 (A-5) to Planned Unit Development (PUD).
A Concept Development Plan (Exhibit A) is provided with the PUD application, showing 1,800,000 square feet of gross floor area (8 buildings) for an industrial Data Center, including a 9,856 square foot administrative office building
The subject project is located in central DeSoto County, on the north side of NE Roan Street, approximately 1 mile east of NE Turner Avenue
