SUMMARY:
The request is for an Official Zoning District Atlas Amendment (Rezone), application (RZNE-0078-2025) filed by the Owner, Mark Sevigny (7-E Properties, LLC), to change the zoning of a +/- 0.16-acre parcel from Residential Single Family-5 (RSF-5) to Commercial General (CG).
BACKGROUND:
The application is a request to amend the Official Zoning District Atlas by changing the zoning district of +/- 0.16 acres from RSF-5, 1 dwelling unit per 5 acres, to CG. The application for rezone was submitted to the Development Department by Mark Sevigny of 7-E Properties, LLC and accepted on February 3, 2026. The subject property is also Lot 8 of the Oak Crest Subdivision (Plat Book 6, Page 17).
