SUMMARY:
The current Tourism Development Council schedule falls into conflict with other County meetings. TDC members will consider a different time for meetings going into the next year.
BACKGROUND:
Emails were sent out to TDC members to see what would be preferable for a new TDC meeting schedule. The options included the following: (1) Third Tuesday at 1:30 p.m., (2) Second Thursday at 1:30 p.m., and (3) Second Thursday at 4 p.m., with requests for additional ideas. There were no additional submissions. Of those TDC members that responded, the second suggestion - (2) Second Thursday at 1:30 p.m. -- received the most support. This is a discussion about whether or not to proceed with that schedule.
