REQUESTED MOTION:
To approve Amendment 2 for the LAP Agreement D1489 time extension as presented.
SUMMARY:
This is a modification to extend FDEM LAP Agreement D1489 to April 30, 2027.
BACKGROUND:
The County was awarded $11,012,206 through the Legislative Award Program through the Florida Department of Emergency Management in 2023. Projects included the Mills Building build-out and NRCS waterway debris clean-out. Both projects have been completed. The balance of the grant funds are being applied to the Wastewater project. This agreement extends the funds to April 30, 2027.
