EDAC members will review options for a potential Economic Development element addition to the DeSoto 2050 Comprehensive Plan.
BACKGROUND:
Central Florida Regional Planning Council is in the process of drafting a new comprehensive plan for DeSoto County. At the July 23, 2026, EDAC meeting, committee members asked staff to circulate materials for consideration to members who would then send input within 30 days. Members will review those materials and responses.
