REQUESTED MOTION:
Motion to approve the Memorandum of Understanding as presented.
SUMMARY:
MOU providing for the use of the Turner Center as a unification point for students and parents in the event of a school crisis or emergency.
BACKGROUND:
The County and the School District entered into an agreement for the above stated purposes in 2020 for a five (5) year term. The original agreement expired in 2025. The School District contacted the County with a request to enter into a new agreement with substantially the same terms as the original agreement.
