REQUESTED MOTION:

Approve the 2^nd Amendment to the Sanders Laboratories Agreement Consenting to Assignment of the Agreement to Eurofin Drinking Water and Wastewater Southeast, LLC.

BACKGROUND:

The County entered into an Agreement for Water and Wastewater Quality Sampling & Laboratory Testing Services with Sanders through a competitive bid process on November 16^th, 2023 which was amended on November 6, 2025, renewing the Agreement for an additional one-year term, and revising the fee schedule.

Additionally, as of February 16, 2026 Sanders Laboratories officially became Eurofins Drinking Water & Wastewater Southeast, FL 33913.  This 2^nd Amendment recognizes and consents to the Assignment of the Agreement to Eurofin Drinking Water and Wastewater Southeast, LLC.
