A motion to recommend adoption/denial of the proposed Ordinance approving the transmittal of this Comprehensive Plan Amendment and enter into the record the Development Review Report and the findings and conclusions and all other competent substantial evidence presented at the hearing.
SUMMARY:
Amending the text and maps of the DeSoto County comprehensive plan consistent with changes in Florida Statutes; and updating the comprehensive plan to the 2050 planning horizon; providing for transmittal to Florida Commerce for review and compliance; providing for severability; providing for conflict.
