A motion to adopt/deny the proposed resolution amending the Planning and Zoning Division fee schedule.
SUMMARY:
April 14, 2026, the Board adopted a new Planning and Zoning Division fee schedule; at that meeting, the discussion of the County potentially receiving reimbursements from applicants for county consultant expenses regarding required traffic study reviews.
BACKGROUND:
The Board has previously adopted and amended the Planning and Zoning Division Fee Schedule by Resolution Nos. 2019-9, 2019-28, 2024-062, 2025-014, 2026-008, and 2026-033.
