BACKGROUND:
DeSoto County is contracted with Apex Company to serve as engineer of record for engineering needs. Desoto County Utilities is an enterprise fund organized under Desoto County and will utilize Apex for their general engineering needs. They have budget funding for professional services to fund engineering on an as needed basis. Utilities is estimating the need for $65,000 For various needs. This is a not to exceed amount Billed hourly only for services used through the contract. Any remaining funds will closeout as unused with this work authorization on September 30th 2027.
