SUMMARY:
Staff is requesting approval of a Contract with Thomas Marine Construction, Inc., for the Liverpool Park Boat Ramp & Dock Improvement Construction Project.
BACKGROUND:
On February 8, 2024, Staff released an Invitation to Bid for the Liverpool Park Boat Ramp & Dock Improvement Construction Services funded through the Florida Fish & Wildlife Commissions (FWC) and the Florida Boating Improvement Program (FBIT). Eight Bids were received. After careful review of the submissions, it was determined that Thomas Marine Construction, Inc., was the lowest most responsible Bidder with an amount of $847,600.00.
