REQUESTED MOTION:
Motion for the approval of a Contract Amendment with Airboat Addicts for Herbicide Application Services.
SUMMARY:
Staff is requesting approval of a Contract Amendment with Airboat Addicts for Herbicide Application Services extending the Contract for an additional one (1) year term.
BACKGROUND:
On May 6, 2020, the Board approved the Contract award to Airboat Addicts to provide labor and materials for DeSoto County’s Herbicide Application Services. This Contract has been renewed utilizing three (3) of the four (4) allotted one (1) year renewals. Staff is recommending approval of this fourth and final renewal which will extend the Contract to May 6, 2025. There are no additions to the Scope of Services, and the Contractor has agreed to maintain their pricing for the upcoming renewal term.
