To adopt the Resolution authorizing the Chairman or the County Administrator in his/her absence to sign all related documents to the agreement for the CDBG-MIT Grant.
SUMMARY:
DeSoto County has entered into an agreement with the State of Florida Department of Commerce through the Community Development Grant Program. An amendment to the agreement was proposed by the State of Florida Department of Commerce on March 25, 2024

The Resolution authorizes the County Administrator to sign and submit all related documents for the CDBG-MIT agreement with the State of Florida Department of Commerce.
