SUMMARY:
Engagement Letter for County Attorney Services until December 31, 2024.
BACKGROUND:
Mr. Conn has served as the County Attorney for a number of years and has maintained hourly service rates since 2012. The only fee change is for planning services, changing from $185/hr. to $195/hr. based on volume and complexity. The current engagement letter will expire in April of this year. The attached engagement letter will provide for continuity of services until December 31, 2024, with Board approval. In accordance with the terms of the engagement letter, either party may terminate services if deemed in the best interest of the respective party.
